Summary |
The aim of this experiment was to study the DNA interaction of a kinase-dead mutant of the cell cycle kinase CDK6 (CDK6-K43M) in a murine model of BCR-ABL driven leukemia.

Overall design |
ChIP seq was performed in mouse BCR-ABL(p185)+ Cdk6-/- pre/pro B cell lines transduced with either HA-tagged wildtype (CDK6-WT), or HA-tagged mutant (CDK6-K43M) CDK6. An antibody against HA was used to pull down the CDK6 variants and associated chromatin.Two replicates per genotype were analysed.
