Title A novel type of spinal ependymoma with anaplastic features

Summary Ependymoma (EPN) is a type of brain tumour.. Here we present a novel subtype of spinal ependymoma, that shows an anaplastic morphology, OLIG2 and MYCN positvity in immunostaining and a distinct epigenetic and proteomic profile.
 
Overall design Bisulphite converted DNA from the 4 samples were hybridised to the Illumina Infinium 850k Human Methylation Beadchip
