Title |
Transcription factor OsWRKY11 induces rice heading at low concentrations but inhibits rice heading at high concentrations |
Organism |
Oryza sativa |
Experiment type |
Genome binding/occupancy profiling by high throughput sequencing
|
Summary |
To identify direct targets of OsWRKY11 in vivo, we performed chromatin immunoprecipitation sequencing (ChIP-seq).

|
|
Overall design |
The ChIP assays were conducted on shoots obtained from 3-week-old OsWRKY11-OE plants. A total of 2 g of seedling shoots from transgenic pUbi:OsWRKY11-Myc plants were harvested and fixed in a crosslinking solution containing 1% (w/v) formaldehyde under vacuum for 30 min on ice. Subsequently, crosslinking was terminated by treating with 0.125 mM glycine under vacuum for 5 min.
