Overall design We performed gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for wild-type and Dyrk2-/- MEFs in the presence of 100 nM SAG for 24 h as well as MEFs treated with siDyrk2 or siNegative (siNeg) in the presence of 100 nM SAG for 24 h
