Title |
Human airway epithelial cells co-treated with IL-4 and IL-13 for seven days. |
Organism |
Homo sapiens |
Experiment type |
Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
|
Summary |
Nasal basal epithelial cells from 6 healthy adult donors were grown in air-liquid interface (ALI) cultures for fourteen days. Cells were then treated with 10 ng/mL of IL-4 and 10 ng/mL of IL-13 for seven additional days. Next, cell lysates were used for low-input RNA-seq library preparation (Smart-seq2) and sequencing.

Overall design |
To investigate the effect of cytokine stimulation on epithelial cells we generated gene expression profiles using RNA-seq from 5 healthy donors under in vitro co-stimulation with IL-4 and IL-13 or under resting condition.
