Summary |
Spatial transcriptomics was performed in areas enriched with CD45+ immune cells or CD8+ T cells. Data was generated with 12 mice: 4 NSG-SGM3 mice reconstituted with blood fo 4 healthy individuals, 4 NSG-SGM3 mice reconstituted with blood from 4 PsA patients and 4 NSG-SGM3 mice reconstituted with blod cells of 4 Ps patients.

Overall design |
In the study we enrolled 4 healthy individual, 4 patients with psoriasis and 4 patients with Psoriatic Arthritis . Skin lesions and artritis were evaluated with the Psoriasis Area Severity Index (PASI) Score and the extent of PsA with the Disease Assessment in Psoriatic Arthritis (DAPSA) score. We identified 1813 genes using the GeoMx platform in mouse synovail tissue collected from NSG-SGM3 mice engrafted with human PBMC and sera from healthy individuals, psoriais and Psoriatic arthritis patients.
