Title |
Gene expression profiles of PD-L1 positive and PD-L1 negative lung neutrophils from Influenza A virus infected mice |
Organism |
Mus musculus |
Experiment type |
Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
|
Summary |
Neutrophils are often considered as foes during severe lung infections through their ability to secrete inflammatory mediators and participate in lung damages. Here, we used single cell RNA-sequencing (scRNA-seq) to assess the transcriptional heterogeneity of neutrophils in mice with severe lung infection caused by influenza A virus

Overall design |
Lung neutrophils from IAV (H3N2/Scotland/74 strain) infected C57BL/6j femelle mice (day 11 post-infection) were isolated using a cell sorter based on PD-L1 expression.
