Title Gene expression profiles of PD-L1 positive and PD-L1 negative lung neutrophils from Influenza A virus infected mice
Organism Mus musculus
Experiment type Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
Summary Neutrophils are often considered as foes during severe lung infections through their ability to secrete inflammatory mediators and participate in lung damages. Here, we used single cell RNA-sequencing (scRNA-seq) to assess the transcriptional heterogeneity of neutrophils in mice with severe lung infection caused by influenza A virus

Overall design Lung neutrophils from IAV (H3N2/Scotland/74 strain) infected C57BL/6j femelle mice (day 11 post-infection) were isolated using a cell sorter based on PD-L1 expression.
