Title |
The function of FtMYBs in regulating the synthesis of flavonoids in Fagopyrum tartaricum under drought stress |
Organism |
Fagopyrum tataricum |
Experiment type |
Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
|
Summary |
Flavonoid is an important secondary metabolite, which makes an important contribution to plant resistance to abiotic stress and human health. Fagopyrum tataricum (Tartary buckwheat) itself contains more flavonoids, so exploring the regulation of Tartary buckwheat flavonoid synthesis can provide a solid theoretical basis for the cultivation of new Tartary buckwheat varieties with high nutrition. In this paper, we studied the role of FtMYBs in regulating the biosynthesis of flavonoids in Tartary buckwheat.

Overall design |
The relatively drought-resistant tartary buckwheat variety Dingku1 which after drought treatment, the flavonoid content increases to reduce damage caused by drought stress. After analyzing the pre-experimental results, 20% PEG-6000 was used to treat 0,2,4,8 hours, and the related gene expression levels were analyzed to explore drought. Analyzing transcriptome data to explore the molecular mechanisms regulating flavonoid synthesis.
