Summary |
We used scRNA-seq to assess the differential effect of Smyd3 ASOs on the transcriptomic profile of different cell types in the TME of MOC1 tumors.

Overall design |
MOC1 tumors were implanted in the flank of C57BL/6 mice were treated with control (n=3) or Smyd3 ASOs (n=3) for 18 days. Tumors were surgically resected, digested into single-cell suspensions and scRNA-seq was conducted.
