Title Effect of mutant GNAS expression in the doxycycline-inducible Kras;Gnas mouse model of IPMN using scRNA-seq
Organism Mus musculus
Experiment type Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
Summary We investigated the effect of GNAS(R201C) expression in the Kras;Gnas model of pancreatic intraductal papillary mucinous neoplasms where transgenic mutant GNAS is doxycycline inducible (LGKC; p48(Cre), Kras(LSL-G12D), Rosa26(LSL-rtTA)), Tg(TetO-GNAS(R201C)) using scRNA-seq of dissociated pancreatic tissues.

Overall design Four Kras;Gnas mice were fed with doxycycline or normal lab feed for 10 weeks starting at 8 weeks of age (2 mice per group). Pancreata were dissociated and subjected to scRNA-seq.
