Overall design |
Vehicle (DMSO) and doxorubicin treated iPSC differentiated cardiomyocytes (iCMs). iCMs were transfected with sgRNA libraries and CRISPRi (dCas9-KRAB) or CRISPRa (dCas9-VPR). Two biological replicates were used in both CRISPRi and CRISPRa screens.
