Title Community network analysis of complex microbial biofilms reveals characteristic microbial assemblages in health and disease
Platform organism Bacteria
Sample organism Homo sapiens
Experiment type Non-coding RNA profiling by array
Summary This study compared the subgingival microbiota of subjects with periodontitis to those with periodontal health using the Human Oral Microbe Identification Microarray (HOMIM).

Overall design The microbial profiles of subgingival plaque from healthy and periodontitis subjects was compared using community network analysis.
