Overall design |
Three strains, RNA polymerase II mutant, Partental, and Wild type S288c yeast cells in stationary-phase cultures were exposed to oxidative stress with samples harvested at 2 and 30 minutes. All experimental samples are over an common reference. There are two replicates of T0 for each strain.
