Status Public on Dec 31, 2017
Title Microarray global microRNA expression of donor cells, fibroblast-derived iPSC, and stromal-primed cord-blood iPSC
Organism Homo sapiens
Experiment type Non-coding RNA profiling by array
Summary Global microRNA analysis of (a) human embryonic stem cells, (b) low passage episomal stromal-primed myeloid iPSC, (c) intermediate passage fibroblast iPSC, and (d) samples of corresponding donor cells.

Overall design Human miRNA Microarray Kit Version 3 kits (Agilent Technologies, Santa Clara, CA) were used for microarray assays to examine the global microRNA expression of human ES cells, iPS cells and target cell populations. The Human miRNA Microarray contains probes for 866 human microRNAs from the Sanger database v12.0. Total RNA was harvested from indicated donor cells, hESC, or iPSC, and prepared as described in the miRNeasy Mini Kit (Qiagen) with on-column DNase I digestion. A single sample of each cell line was used for this analysis.
