Summary Comparative genomic hybridization was performed to compare amplificaiton gradients in genomic DNA derived from stage 13 egg chambers of wild-type, suppressor of under-replication (SuUR) mutant and SuUR overexpression, compared with 0-2hr diploid embryo gDNA.
