Summary In order to explore the transcriptional reprogramming in EvgSc, ompR and EvgSc/ompR mutants we have used whole genome microarray profiling.
 
Overall design EvgSc, ompR and EvgSc/ompR mutants were developed. Each mutant was profiled in duplicate.
