Title |
Neisseria gonorrhoeae with interrupted VSP pathway genes (ngoAXIII, ngoAXIV, mutS, mutL) versus wild type |
Organism |
Neisseria gonorrhoeae |
Experiment type |
Expression profiling by array
|
Summary |
Transcriptional profiling of N. gonorrhoeae comparing wild type cells to cells with inactivated by kanamycin cassette (km) genes involved in VSP pathway (ngoAXIII, ngoAXIV, mutS, mutL). The Goal was to study the role of these genes in overall expression profile.

Overall design |
Two-condition experiment, wild type cells vs. mutant cells. Biological replicates: 4 control replicates, 4 mutant replicates.
