Title |
H3K27me3 marked genes in primary hippocampal neurons |
Organism |
Mus musculus |
Experiment type |
Genome binding/occupancy profiling by high throughput sequencing
|
Summary |
ChIP-seq in wildtype and Tspyl2 loss-of-function hippocampal neurons to define H3K27me3 marked genomic regions
|
|
|
Overall design |
Hippocampal primary neurons were collected from wildtype and Tspyl2 loss-of-function embryos at E16.5 and cultured in Neurobasal Medium with 1 % FBS and B27 supplement for 14 days. Two samples of each genotype were used. SRA Study accession is SRP065154 and BioProject accession is PRJNA299542.
