Title |
Gene expression response to L-aminooxyphenylpropionic acid (AOPP) in Arabidopsis |
Organism |
Arabidopsis thaliana |
Experiment type |
Expression profiling by array
|
Summary |
To identify genes responsive to AOPP, Gene expression profiles in response to AOPP were analyzed in Arabidpsis seedlings
|
|
|
Overall design |
To identify AOPP-responsive genes, Arabidopsis seedlings were grown in miliQ water for 3 days. Then, the seedlings were treated with or without 50 µM AOPP for 3 h. Alternatively the seedlings were treated with 50 µM AOPP for 2 h, and then treated with 1 µM IAA or 100 µM IPyA for additional 1 h. Total RNAs were extracted by RNEasy Plant Mini Kit (Qiagen), and then analyzed by Affymetrix ATH1 genome array as described previously (Goda et. al., 2008). Three independent biological replicates were conducted.
