Title |
Epstein-Barr Virus Nuclear Antigen 1 (EBNA1) |
Organism |
Homo sapiens |
Experiment type |
Expression profiling by array
|
Summary |
Expression of mRNAs in EBV-positive B-cell strains in the presence or absence of EBNA1 or a mutant of EBNA1 (ΔUR1-EBNA) that is unable to activate transcription.
|
|
|
Overall design |
B-cell strains derived from 2 donors (numbers 20 and 27) infected with WT-EBV and ΔEBNA1-EBV and an unrelated third donor infected with EBV carrying ΔUR1-EBNA1. Each done in biological triplicate. Samples were normalized to the expression of mRNAs in a pool of RNAs from B-cells from donors 20 and 27 infected with ΔEBNA1-EBV
