Summary |
Analysis of gene expression level. The hypothesis tested in the present study was that dek33 mutant affects oil body accumulation and ABA synthesis . Results provide important information of the gene expression level regulation of lipid storage body and ABA synthesis pathway associated genes.

Overall design |
Endosperm mRNA profiles of 15 DAP wild type and dek33 mutant were generated by deep sequencing, in triplicate, using Illumina Hiseq 2500 (Zea mays).
