Summary Analysis of gene expression level. The hypothesis tested in the present study was that dek33 mutant affects oil body accumulation and ABA synthesis . Results provide important information of the gene expression level regulation of lipid storage body and ABA synthesis pathway associated genes.
 
Overall design Endosperm mRNA profiles of 15 DAP wild type and dek33 mutant were generated by deep sequencing, in triplicate, using Illumina Hiseq 2500 (Zea mays).
