However, the lncRNAs regulated by oxygen in breast cancer have not been identified. In this study, we hypothesized that a group of lncRNAs were regulated by oxygen in breast cancer. Overall design Cells were harvested under normoxia (O2), hypoxia (N2) and re-oxygenation (Re-O2) conditions. Each condition was done in triplicate. SRA study accession: SRP077846; BioProject accession: PRJNA327155
