Title The effect on p53-induced gene transactivation by NEAT1 knockdown.
Organism Homo sapiens
Experiment type Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
Summary To explore the effect of NEAT1 on gene transactivation induced by p53, we evaluated the changes in gene expression by RNA-seq in NEAT1 knockdown or control U2OS cells.

Overall design Osteosarcoma U2OS cells were transfected with siRNA targeting NEAT1 or negative control siRNA and then treated with nutlin-3a which activates endogenous p53. The change of p53-induced gene transactivation was analyzed.
