Title |
The effect on p53-induced gene transactivation by NEAT1 knockdown. |
Organism |
Homo sapiens |
Experiment type |
Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
|
Summary |
To explore the effect of NEAT1 on gene transactivation induced by p53, we evaluated the changes in gene expression by RNA-seq in NEAT1 knockdown or control U2OS cells.
|
|
|
Overall design |
Osteosarcoma U2OS cells were transfected with siRNA targeting NEAT1 or negative control siRNA and then treated with nutlin-3a which activates endogenous p53. The change of p53-induced gene transactivation was analyzed.
