Summary RNA sequencing was performed on 5454 single cells from dentate gyrus of CD-1 mice, sampled at postnatal day 12, 16, 24 and 35, with the aim of studying the postnatal dentate gyrus neurogenesis.
 
Overall design 1129 single cells from postnatal day 12, 1440 from day 16, 1063 from day 24, and 1822 from day 35.
