Title |
DNA methylation in mouse liver tissue |
Organism |
Mus musculus |
Experiment type |
Methylation profiling by high throughput sequencing
|
Summary |
We performed affinity-based enrichment with methyl-CpG binding domain protein followed by high-throughput sequencing (MBD-seq) to assay DNA methylation in mouse liver tissue.

|
|
Overall design |
Mouse tissue were from two different inbred strains (C57BL/6J and DBA/2J) and from 3 age groups classified as young (4 months), mid (11–12 months) and old (24 months).
