Title |
Low-nitrogen stress reduces cell flux and cell elongation rate in maize leaf via reducing GA synthesis |
Organism |
Zea mays |
Experiment type |
Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
|
Summary |
Using an integrated approach including kinematic growth analysis, tissue-specific RNA-seq dissection and hormone determination to investigated cell division and elongation in maize leaf growth in response to LN stress. Two biological replicates were generated for each tissue.
|
|
|
Overall design |
RNA-seq of maize B73 sixth leaf from plants subjected to low nitrogen stress or control nitrogen levels.
