Summary |
RNA-seq of HepG2 cells in response to iron

Overall design |
RNA-seq experiment conducted in two biological replicates. Total RNA samples were submitted to the Otago Genomics and Bioinformatics Facility at the University of Otago (Dunedin, New Zealand) under contract to the New Zealand Genomics Limited for library construction and sequencing. The libraries were prepared using TruSeq stranded mRNA sample preparation kit according to the manufacturer’s protocol (Illumina) and pair-end sequenced on one lane of HiSeq 2000 (Illumina), generating 100-bp reads.
