Mesenteric lymph, control animals
Organism |
Rattus norvegicus |
Characteristics |
strain: Wistar weight: 360-500g age: 70-110 days old Sex: male rna: enriched small RNA tissue: mestenteric lymph
Extracted molecule |
total RNA |
Extraction protocol |
RNA was extracted from 250ul mesenteric lymph using trizol and a Purelink microRNA kit (Life Technologies) and eluted in a volume of 30ul water
Label |
biotin
Label protocol |
8ul RNA was direct labelled using the Flashtag HSR kit as standard
Hybridization protocol |
biotinylated RNA was hybridised to GeneChip miRNA V1.0 arrays at 480C, 60rpm for 16 hours. GeneChips were washed and stained in the Affy Fluidics station 450.
Scan protocol |
GeneChips were scanned using the Hewlett-Packard GeneArray Scanner G2500A.
Description |
miRNA expression data from control rat lymph
Data processing |
Affymetrix .CEL files were analysed using the statistical programming language R using the Bioconductor packages affy, affyPLM and limma. The data was preprocessed using RMA.
