Plants in one chamber were exposed to HT (35°C/25°C, day/night)) for one week, while those in the other chamber remained at NT (27°C/17°C, day/night). Leaf samples were harvested for RNA extraction.

Vegetatively propagated plants were randomly distributed to two identical chambers and grown at NT (27°C/17°C, day/night) to a height of ~120 cm.

Data processing |
The scanned images were analyzed with Feature Extraction Software 9.1 (Agilent) using default parameters to obtain background subtracted Processed Signal intensities(gProcessedSignal). Percentile Shift (75th) method was applied for normalization with Agilent's GeneSpring GX software
