background subtraction, loess normalization, and primary filtering performed using stanford microarray database version 2.14 (Nucl. Acids Res. (2007) 35 (suppl 1): D766-D770. doi: 10.1093/nar/gkl1019). Secondary filtering using Cluster 3.0. Filtered: 1) regression correlation >0.6 AND mean intensity/median background intensity is >1.5-fold in EITHER channel. 2) at least 1 observation with abs(val) >=1.6 (3-fold)
