Extraction protocol |
Total RNA from above HeLa cell lines was purified by TRIZOL method (Invitrogen). The quality of the total RNA was tested using the Agilent 2100 Bioanalyzer RNA Nano Chip. For the mRNA-Seq sample preparation, the Illumina standard kit was used according to the manufacturer's protocol.

Data processing |
Short reads were aligned against human genome hg19 with Tophat. Transcript abundances were calculated with cufflinks. Genome_build: GRCh37 Supplementary_files_format_and_content: Tab-delimited text files include FPKM values for each sample.
