Sample type |
RNA |
|
|
Source name |
SCC13 human cell line, miR-203
|
Organism |
Homo sapiens |
Characteristics |
cell line: SCC13 stable infection: miR-203 batch infection: 2 technical replicate: 1
|
Treatment protocol |
Total RNA (including small RNAs) was isolated from cultured cells stably infected in biological duplicate with either a scrambled control hairpin or miR-203. Samples were harvested in technical duplicate.
|
Extracted molecule |
total RNA |
Extraction protocol |
Total RNA was extracted using a miRNeasy Mini Kit (Qiagen) and RNA quality was analyzed using a Bioanalyzer 2100 (Agilent) and RNA Nano Chip. RIN values were all above 9.3.
