Treatment protocol |
2x10^5 cells were seeded in 3 ml cell culture media into 6-well dishes and allowed to equilibrate overnight at 37 degrees Celsius and 5% CO2. The following day, DMSO or iBET-726 were added to final concentrations of 0.1% DMSO or 100 nM/1uM iBET-726. After 16 hours, cells were harvested by centrifugation, lysed with 750 ul Trizol reagent, and frozen at -80 degrees Celsius.
