Extraction protocol |
1.Collect blood in eppendorf tubes. 2.Leave them at r.t. for 20 min. 3. Spin the tubes at 5,000 rpm x 1 min. 4. Transfer all liquid part into 15 ml conical tubes. 5. Spin the tubes at 3,000 rpm x 10 min. 6. Transfer the serum into one tube (15 or 50 ml tube). Be careful not to contaminate erythrocytes.
