Hybridization protocol Hybridization was performed according to Genisphere's 3DNA Array 900 kit
Scan protocol Fluorescent array images were collected for both Cy3 and Cy5 with a GenePix 4000B fluorescent scanner and image intensity data were extracted and analyzed with GenePix Pro 6.0.1.26 analysis software
Description Timed pregnant C57Bl6 mice were exposed to ethanol during gestational day 15 to day 18 and ethanol exposed fetuses were delivered by cessarian section on gestational day 19. Alcohol exposed fetuses were compared to control timed pregnant mice and to pair fed controls (animals fed with maltose dextrose)
Data processing Background correction and removal of flagged values were conducted prior to any further analysis
