Sample type RNA

Channel 1
Source name Human neuroblastoma cells treated with tert-butylhydroquinone (10µM)
Organism Homo sapiens
Extracted molecule total RNA

Channel 2
Source name Human neuroblastoma cells treated with Vehicle (EtOH, 0.01%)
Organism Homo sapiens
Extracted molecule total RNA

Description Human neuroblastoma cells, IMR-32, were grown in Dulbecco's modified eagle's medium (DMEM) supplemented with fetal calf serum (10%), 100 I.U./ml penicillin, and 100 mg/ml streptomycin. Cultures were maintained at 37 C in a humidified 10% CO2 atmosphere. The cells were treated with EtOH (0.01%) or tBHQ (10µM) for 24 hours and harvested for microarray analysis.
