Description |
Primary megakaryocytes (MEG) were obtained by expansion and differentiation of fetal liver progenitors followed by CD41 immunoselection.
|
Data processing |
Data analysis was performed using the BioConductor packages ‘affy’library in R. Using the RMA method, hybridization signals were corrected for background, quantile-normalized and log2-transformed.
