This sample is of erythrocin-resistant Campylobacter jejuni NCTC11168 delta-Cj0440c. It is the first of four mutant strain biological replicates used in this experiment, each from separate cultures.

The raw data (.pair file) was subjected to RMA(Irizarry, et al. 2003), quantile normalization, and background correction as implemented in the NimbleScan software package. The sample data table contains gene-level normalized data and the *norm_RMA.pair files contain probe-level normalized data.
