Description |
This sample is of erythrocin-resistant Campylobacter jejuni NCTC11168 delta-Cj0440c. It is the forth of four mutant strain biological replicates used in this experiment, each from separate cultures.

Data processing |
The raw data (.pair file) was subjected to RMA(Irizarry, et al. 2003), quantile normalization, and background correction as implemented in the NimbleScan software package. The sample data table contains gene-level normalized data and the *norm_RMA.pair files contain probe-level normalized data.
