Growth protocol |
Wild type B05.10 and the deltaBcLTF1 mutant were grown for 3 days on solid CM before non-sporulating mycelia were transferred to solid CM covered with cellophane overlays. Cultures were incubated for 52 h in darkness, and then half of the cultures were transferred to white light. After 60 min all four cultures (WT-D; WT-L; deltaBcLTF1-D; deltaBcLTF1-L) were harvested.

Total RNA was extracted using the Trizol procedure. Total RNA was treated with the DNA-free kit to remove any trace of DNA (Ambion - Applied Biosystems, France).

Description |
This sample is of Botrytis cinerea B0510 mutant deltaBcLTF1, subjected to a light stimulation. It is the third of four deltaBcLTF1_light (Delta_L) biological replicates used in this experiment, each from separate cultures.

Data processing |
The raw data (.pair file) was subjected to RMA (Robust Multi-Array Analysis; Irizarry et al. Biostatistics 4(2):249), quantile normalization (Bolstad et al. Bioinformatics 19(2):185), and background correction as implemented in the ANAIS website (http://anais.versailles.inra.fr/).
