Treatment protocol |
No specific tratment was carried out on any of the cells prior to harvesting them for ChIP-Seq or RNA-Seq studies.
|
Growth protocol |
Glial cells were grown in DMEM media supplied with 10% FBS. Brain tumor Stem cells were grown in BTSC media according to manufacturer instructions.
|
Extracted molecule |
total RNA |
Extraction protocol |
Total RNA was isolated using the RNeasy kit (Qiagen). The quality of RNA was assessed by bioanalyzer prior to sequencing. Libraries were prepared according to Illumina protocols.
