Description ChIP-seq
Data processing ChIP-seq: ChIPs were performed with an anti-H3K4me1 antibody (Abcam, ab8895) using standard ChIP and our published protocols (Leung et al., 2013). Sequencing libraries compatible with Illumina HiSeq 2500 technology was generated using Illumina protocols. We obtained 55M million tags for livers of C57BL/6J control and 71M million reads for tags of C57BL/6J HF. Sequences were aligned to the mm9 reference genome as with FAIRE-seq tags.
