| Hybridization protocol |
Following fragmentation, 10 microg of cRNA were hybridized for 18 hr at 37C on a GE Healthcare/Amersham Biosciences CodeLink UniSet Mouse 20K I Bioarray. Bioarrays were washed and stained with streptavidin-Alexa 647 and washed again.

Bioarrays were scanned with a ScanArray Express HT scanner using ScanArray Express software.
