Alignment to mouse genome (mm9) using Bowtie/Tophat followed by calculation of RPKM using constitutive exons of protein-coding (CDS-containing) genes. Genome_build: mm9 Supplementary_files_format_and_content: RPKM values for samples. Contains the gene ID (Ensembl), the read counts in the set of constitutive exons, the length of the region being considered (sum of lengths of constitutive exons), and the RPKM value.
