Treatment protocol |
For repression of Myc in P493-6, 0,1µg/mL of Tetracycline Hydrochloride (UMCG Pharmacy, Groningen, NL) was added to the culture medium for 72h. For Myc re-induction the cells were spun down (200rcf, 5min) and re-suspended in fresh, tetracycline-free, complete medium for the indicated time.
