Treatment protocol For repression of Myc in P493-6, 0,1µg/mL of Tetracycline Hydrochloride (UMCG Pharmacy, Groningen, NL) was added to the culture medium for 72h. For Myc re-induction the cells were spun down (200rcf, 5min) and re-suspended in fresh, tetracycline-free, complete medium for the indicated time.
Growth protocol RPMI-1640 medium supplemented with 100U/ml penicillin, 0.1mg/ml streptomycin, 2mM ultraglutamine and 10% Fetal Calf Serum (all Cambrex Biosciences, Walkersville, MD, USA), 37⁰C, 5% CO2
