Sample type SRA

Source name MOCK-Small RNA
Organism Triticum aestivum
Characteristics tissue: leave
Treatment protocol Mock or BYSMV infected
Growth protocol Wheat in soil and room temperature
Extracted molecule total RNA
Extraction protocol TRIzol reagent and seperated 18- to 30- small RNA

Library strategy ncRNA-Seq
Library source transcriptomic
Library selection size fractionation
Instrument model Illumina Genome Analyzer

Description GATCAG
Data processing Illumina Casava1.7 software used for basecalling.
Sequenced reads were trimmed for adaptor sequence, and masked for low-complexity or low-quality sequence, then mapped to mm8 whole genome using bowtie v0.12.2
All trimmed sequences in length of 18-30nt were aligned with BYSMV genome and allowed two-mismatched reads were used for all further analysis.
the small RNA that unmatched with BYSMV represent plant reads
Supplementary_files_format_and_content: small RNA sequences and their read numbers
