Description |
Transcriptome profiles were acquired using novel Applied Biosystems AB1700 technology. All experimental data referred to as MGS V1.0 (Mouse Genome Survey Version 1, ProdNo: 4337467) were generated on the Applied Biosystems AB1700 transcriptome platform (ProdNo: 4338036). These arrays contain probes for 28,218 validated mouse genes.
