5.5 ug of single stranded cDNA was hybridized for 16 hr at 45C on GeneChip Mouse Gene 1.0 ST Arrays. GeneChips were washed and stained in the Affymetrix Fluidics Station 450.

GeneChips were scanned using the Affymetrix GeneChip Scanner 3000 7G.

The data were analyzed with Partek Genomcis Suite using the RMA normalization method
