Description |
The genetic expression profile for a single male and single female is given as a normalized ratio (female over male) as reported from Rosetta Resolver. The reported ratio is the average of two dye-swapped fluorescent reverse pairings. The purpose of this comparison is to highlight sex-specific differences in mouse liver gene expression.
